I graduated as a Physiotherapist from UEL in 2015 and I am registered and recognised by the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
I currently work in a busy MSK Outpatients practice in the NHS as a band 6 physiotherapist part time and Sports Rehab Physio in Old street at Warrior Sports rehab.
The demographic of patients I work with vary from an 11 year old aspiring foot baller to a senior adult looking to reduce their risk of falls.
I use various techniques and exercises to help you become physically or emotionally PAIN FREE and back on track. In some cases this may mean feeling empowered enough to learn to manage and live with the health condition(s) you have.
Before my journey to becoming a physiotherapist (2011-2015), I graduated with a Bsc (hons) in Sports Sciences from Brunel University and further continued my love of movement to become a free-lance instructor and an Active IQ certified level 3 personal trainer, I have helped my clients:
I have also worked as an assistant in teaching level 2/3/4 fitness certifications with health and fitness training companies. During this time I gained my certification in Active IQ Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practice of Assessment (QCF). In the future I hope to pursue further qualifications to be able to continue to free lance assess and teach in health and fitness.
I have also been very lucky to spend the past 14 months working as a rehab therapist for a private MSK practice in the city (Andaz Hotel) with a great Physiotherapist. This allowed me to hone my corrective exercise prescription skills to a diverse set of demographics suffering from either of these MSK conditions:
When you come to see me, whether it will be for Personal Training, Physiotherapy, Rehab or even to attend one of my exercise classes. I work with these key principles in mind:
I hope to make a positive lasting change and impact in the lives of those who I work with
